A bird was perched with a dragonfly in its beak in the eave of the train station at Center Point, so I grabbed my camera and snapped.
The results, sadly, are a bit blurry, but you can see some babies in the nest.
Cate and I rode north to Center Point today, which added up to a 30 mile ride on a warm, but not terribly hot, summer afternoon. I have not gone beyond that point north yet, but hope to soon...we didn't have time on July 2, but may later.
I'm only 5 miles shy of the goal this week, with one more day left. Sadly, Cate won't time time to ride today, and I hope to do something fun with Audrey, but I should get a ride in today. Where to? Maybe I'll do the Sac and Fox ...
